These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website pipelinefactory.co and its content (the "Site"), operated by Pipeline Factory ("Pipeline Factory," "we," "us," or "our"). Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between Pipeline Factory and the client. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the services agreement controls for that engagement.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except that you may share links to publicly available pages.
Forms, scheduling links, and contact tools on the Site let you request information or book a call. Submitting an enquiry or booking does not create any contractual or service relationship; it is an invitation for us to follow up. We may decline or cancel any enquiry or booking at our discretion. Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Site integrates and links to third-party services (for example, scheduling, forms, and analytics providers) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that party's own terms and privacy policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts located in Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your place of residence.
