Pipeline Factory ("Pipeline Factory," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website pipelinefactory.co and provides go-to-market (GTM) engineering services to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. We are based in Ontario, Canada, and handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Where applicable, we also honour rights available to visitors under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA).

This policy covers our website and marketing activities. It does not govern personal information we process on behalf of our clients as a service provider under a separate agreement; in those cases, the client is the party responsible for that information.

  • Contact and enquiry details. When you submit our contact form (powered by Tally) or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any details you include in your message.
  • Booking details. When you book a call through our scheduling link (powered by Calendly), we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide when scheduling.
  • Chat messages. If you use the chat widget on our site, we collect the messages and contact details you choose to share.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage and device data. When you visit our site we automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the page.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We and our analytics providers use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. See "Cookies and Analytics" below.
  • Product analytics and session activity. Our analytics tools (Google Tag Manager and PostHog) may record pageviews, clicks, and, where enabled, anonymised session activity to help us improve the site.

We are based in Canada and use service providers located in Canada, the United States, and other countries. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links
