Persona runs AI-moderated customer interviews, replacing six-week agency studies with a few days of real conversations. The product creates its own demand: LinkedIn ads and campaigns bring in more leads than a founder-led sales team can work by hand. We built the Attio workspace that converts that attention into booked demos.

- What we built
- An Attio workspace wired to Clay, n8n, Slack and LinkedIn Ads: every ad lead researched, scored and routed before a human sees it
- Impact
- 2× demos from the same leads
- Response time from 3 business days to 30 minutes
A Monday lead got its answer on Thursday.
The ads work. Leads arrive every week, and each one looks identical in the inbox: a name, an email, a company field. Some deserve a founder's calendar the same day. Some aren’t a fit. Others need a fast, automated follow-up. Nothing in the inbox tells you which is which.
Working that out by hand was the bottleneck: a lead that arrived Monday might get its first real answer on Thursday, and by then the warm ones had cooled. Speed to lead decides these deals, and three days is not fast enough.
The research runs itself. The judgment stays human.
A form submission starts a chain: live data pulled, employer verified, fit scored in writing, and the finished brief lands in Slack as a card for the team to review. Approve enrolls the lead in the matching Attio sequence. Reject closes it, reasoning logged. Nobody retypes anything, and nobody replies blind.

"We're trying to understand why repeat purchase dropped after our rebrand - can your platform run interviews on this?"
You mentioned repeat purchase dipping after the rebrand. That is exactly the kind of question Persona runs interviews on - happy to show you the study we would draft for...

Hi {{first_name}},
It's good to hear from you on LinkedIn - thanks for your interest in The Insights Company.
We've built an AI-moderated qualitative research platform called Persona. A simple way to think about us is that we help teams quickly hear from users at scale - whether the question is why customers churn, where onboarding breaks down, why a feature isn't being adopted, or what users need before they purchase.
Feel free to book a demo using this link. After the call, we'll send you a ${{X}} gift card as a thank you for your time.
Thanks,
Sravanthi
The rules we built it by.
- 01Trust the profile, not the formForms self-report. Enrich from live data and grade that instead.
- 02Make the model show its workEvery verdict carries written reasoning, logged against the lead. Trust comes from the audit trail, not from an accuracy claim.
- 03Automate the research, never the judgmentThe team can approve, edit or reject before follow-up starts.
- 04Keep the team in controlResearch and follow-up run automatically. The team owns the decisions in Attio.
