03The Challenge
Great product. No repeatable way to reach the market.
Consio had a great product-market-fit, and the ambition to grow - but their outbound motion hadn't yet caught up. Their cold email setup wasn't fully optimized: deliverability was inconsistent, messaging wasn't as targeted as it could be, and there was no systematic way to reach their total addressable market at scale. They were generating some leads, but not in a way that was repeatable or predictable.
What they needed wasn't just a campaign - it was an outbound infrastructure built to last.

Every positive reply triggers an instant Slack notification with the lead's full profile - name, company, job title, email, LinkedIn, and phone number - delivered automatically. AI agents also run a weekly extraction of phone numbers from reply signatures, building an enriched contact database on autopilot.

73 qualified leads in one quarter represented a combined contract value opportunity of $700K+. Around half converted to booked meetings. Two deals have already closed, totaling $20K in new revenue directly attributed to Pipeline Factory outbound, with more opportunities still active.
Outbound now accounts for 30% of Consio's entire company pipeline - and as a byproduct of the campaigns, 300 phone numbers were extracted from reply signatures and added to their contact database automatically, seeding a secondary channel for future outreach.
